Jason, Leader of the Argonauts: A whole ship’s crew.
Argus, Shipbuilder and Navigator: And Lynceus from the masthead.
Acastus, Argonaut: There was no hope of saving him — not in that sea.
Argus, Shipbuilder and Navigator: Are we going through?
Jason, Leader of the Argonauts: YES!
Argus, Shipbuilder and Navigator: But it’s . . . Alright. We’re going through. Take your places!
Acastus, Argonaut: There’s no turning back now!
Jason, Leader of the Argonauts: No, Acastus. There’s no turning back on this voyage.
Argus: Rover, beat out the stroke! But keep it easy!
Jason: The Gods want their entertainment.
Zeus: Jason goes too far!
Hera: Because he speaks the truth when the Gods go too far?
Argus: Turn back, Jason! We’re trapped!
Zeus: Trapped, Hera.
Hera: It seems so. You’ve left me only one move.
Argus: Pray to the Gods, Jason. The Gods of Grace are cruel. In time, men shall learn to live without them!
Argus: PULL! PULL! Get to your place!
PULL! PULL! Till your hearts crack! Till your backs break! PULL!
Keep the stroke going!
