Technician Two: We don’t have a backstage holding.
Technician Three: We’re looking for Special Head; we need him on stage now.
Howard Stern: Oh, what is going on?
Technician One: Sir, the one I’m looking for, the next contestant, he wondered off backstage.
Technician One: Three, zero, six, zero: Special Head.
Technician Two: Could we get a ladder back here?

Special Head: I am Special Head. What I do is quite phenomenal, but I’m concerned that the initial preparation that I must do will be possibly disturbing to the judges and audience:

I have to align my chakras and get into a very meditative state. This environment is going to be quite difficult — those “X’s” are very loud and I hope it doesn’t destroy my concentration.

Nick Canon: Howard, how is he going to meditate if you hit the buzzer?

Nick Canon: How’s he doing that?

Howie Mandel: “I want Howard to go first, because I think Howard had a premature ‘X-ification’.”
Howard Stern: “I did: I was annoyed with you. I wanted to lock you in a mental institution . . . And lo and behold, you pulled off your special trick, Special Head.

And I’m gonna take my ‘X’ back, because I actually like what you did.

I’ve never done that before. First time. It’s the first time.”

Heidi Klum: “It’s amazing. I’m sitting right here, and I’m looking and I’m like ‘How is he doing this’?”

Mel B: “You know, I’m so glad I didn’t hit my ‘X’ because I think what we all just witnessed was out of this world.”
Howie Mandel: “I just saw something I have never seen before, and I definitely want to see again: it’s a ‘yes’ for me.”
Mel B: “It’s a hands-down, definite ‘yes’ for me.”
Heidi: “I want to see you again; it’s a ‘yes’.”
Howard Stern: “It’s a ‘yes’ for me; you have four ‘yeses’.”
Howie Mandel: He can float on air, but he can barely walk.

Nick Canon: “Wow! That was amazing!”
Special Head: “Thank you. Try it with your cane.”
Nick Canon: “It wasn’t really working the same way as you did.”
